“Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Showed us the room before we paid due to the fact that we were travelling with a partially disabled person. The shower was in the spa bath so she wasn't able to use it but was able to have a sponge wash. I however enjoyed a lovely spa. Very nice spacious room. Beds were very comfortable. We paid for an al a cart breakfast that was delicious and well worth it. Garden area was lovely and there is a pool area too.”

“I recently stayed at Lincoln Downs Resort for two nights while travelling for work, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of service. The staff were wonderful—friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. One moment that really stood out was when the team noticed I was enjoying a book and kindly moved the very comfortable chair I was sitting in closer to the fireplace and bar area. Being able to relax with my book, enjoy the cozy fire, and sip a drink at the same time made me feel thoroughly pampered and cared for. The resort itself was comfortable and welcoming, but it was the thoughtful, attentive staff who made the experience so special. I had a truly lovely stay and would happily return the next time I'm in Batemans Bay.”

“We stayed at Lincoln Downs recently on a trip down from Sydney to Melbourne as an overnight stop. Very pleased with our choice, the resort is in a lovely setting just outside of Batemans Bay very conveniently located just off the Princes Hwy. The lake is beautiful and after a long day driving, really appreciated the hammocks. The resort also has lovely grounds with gardens, outdoor seating and a swimming pool. The staff throughout were lovely at all touch points. Check in was warm and smooth. The onsite bar was very cosy with a fire going which was perfect for a drink or two before moving into dinner. I had the lamb special which I think was the highlight of my whole stay! Room was nice with a door out to the pool and another seating area. Bathroom was modern and the beds very comfortable. Perfect set up for what we needed. Lots of towels provided as well which I always appreciate. Ample tea and sugar also provided. Overall, thrilled with our stay. For the same or a little more than a motel, this comes highly recommended.”

“We stayed a night in the Lakeview Spa Suite. Incredible views of the lake. The suite comes with a lounge, dining area, kitchenette, 2x bedrooms, each with its own TV, with one bedroom with a spa bath! Separate toilet and double head shower - and the cherry on the cake, it's own sauna! We had some fresh prawns & oysters (from one of the local shops) whilst watching the sunset. Then ordered in room service. Had an incredible stay and will be back!”
